- 7. This saying is not just confined to ships, or boats… or planes or cars or anything material. This is also about us humans and how we experiment with our abilities.

- 9. Having tried and making the effort to achieve something, is what matters the most.
- 10. The meaning of the quote itself is fairly simple - It’s always better to get out and do the things that you need to, or that you want to, rather than fearing any hurdles that may come your way.
- 11. If a ship is not used for, let’s say, carrying out a huge consignment, just because there is fear of storm, it will never serve its purpose. The ship may be very safe from the storm while at the harbor, but that would be equal to not having a ship at all!
- 12. So even if you fail, time and again, at least you will have tried. And on your journey you learn something so extraordinary that helps you in the future.
