"A ship in harbor is safe, but that is not what ships are built for."

I started a coaching journey with the purpose of learning and growth. Recognizing that, after all, there is no age limit to embrace uncertainties with courage using the B.R.A.V.E. ™ (Balanced, Resilient, Adaptable, Versatile, and Engaged) mindset.

I am grateful to all mighty for giving me a direction to fulfill my ambition to be a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) as credentialed by the @International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I am thankful:

  • Parents, family, and friends that #supported me in my #change
  • Critiques that helped to shake off my #beliefs that were past their expiry date
  • Colleagues that #forced me out of my comfort zone and take #risk
  • Fellow coaches, for your thought-provoking discussions
  • Andrew Neitlich ~ Executive Coach Certification – imparting the value of not being the #smartest in the coaching conversation
  • Michael Neuendorff, PCC - making me #unlearn old and #adopting new styles
  • Debbie Muno - #connecting, #communicating and #collaborating with #resilience
  • Ross Thornley, MABP- recognizing the importance of #adaptability.

PCC credential is a significant achievement with 125+ hours of training, 10 hours of mentor coaching, and 500+ hours of client coaching experiences; additionally demonstrating knowledge and application of the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics and passing the Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA) exam.

Personally, the PCC credential is a worthy milestone to becoming a better person. It has come with the hours of study, an #investment of time and money, reflection, practice, and feedback that will help me #serve my clients better. I realized that the client is resourceful and equipped to leverage strength holistically, handle ‘problems,’ and transform themselves in the journey with support and guidance.

I feel satisfied when leaders embrace uncertainties with courage using the B.R.A.V.E. mindset and:

  • Demonstrate thriving behaviors that help them grow personally and professionally
  • Engage with emotionally intelligent behaviors to lead and inspire teams
  • Deliver exceptional results and accelerate growth, innovation, and operational excellence
  • Improve personal and professional relationships by connecting, communicating, and collaborating well

Thank you to all my clients for trusting me and giving me an opportunity to #partner with you as you become/became the best version of yourselves.

As an Executive and Leadership Coach, I help leaders embrace uncertainties with courage using the B.R.A.V.E. ™ mindset. Connect with me to explore more about a practical application of the B.R.A.V.E. perspective in your journey.
