If you are not happy with your order then we can either replace or refund your purchase. You must let us know within 30 days from the date of ordering.

If the item has been received in a flawed or damaged state then please provide a photo. Thank you.

Custom orders may take the form, for example, of the customer choosing a design from one listing and asking for it to be added to the reverse side of another listing. Personalized items normally take the form of replacing one side with text (such as a name) and/or a photo submitted by the customer and personal to the customer.

Our products are made to order and so take some days to process before being shipped. The processing time differs according to the product and time of year.

White ceramic mugs will ship within 2-5 business days for most of the year, but may take up to two weeks during the Thanksgiving / Christmas period.

Clothing/textiles can take longer than other products to process due to varying stock levels of size and color. Specific processing times can be seen on each listing. Do note that these are business days, not weekends.

Customers will generally receive their orders within a week of us sending them out.

We offer this only on some items (chiefly mugs) and only from January to around mid November. If, in rare cases, it is not possible to fulfill priority shipping after payment we will inform you and refund you (this can happen a few days before and after a big sale period such as Mother's Day).

Generally you can expect a 3-day delivery in the US with priority shipping.

As shipping is ultimately outside of our control, no guarantees of delivery can be given. However, replacements and refunds can be claimed for non-delivery. We are reasonable and fair! :)
