I contacted Puroair due to the machine not working properly. It continually indicated I had poor air quality even with the machine running continuously on Auto. Went to website to contact this company and used the chat feature. The person who assisted me did an outstanding job trying to help me correct this issue. After trying a few things she informed me she would send out a replacement. I assumed she meant a replacement filter. To my complete shock and amazement she sent out a completely new unit free and didn’t require I send back the old unit. Im just absolutely floored at the outstanding customer service this company provides and standing by your product. Truly appreciate this gesture and will recommend your product to anyone considering an air purifier. The air purifier is everything I expected when I purchased it.

I bought one PuroAir 240 about 6 weeks ago to mitigate me smoking in the house. It's not cigarettes. The unit works better than I expected. After a few minutes it removes all the smoke from the air and therefore never leaves the room. It worked so well that I bought 2 more units taking advantage of their sale. One for the living room and one for the family room. We have 3 dogs constantly going in and outside tracking in who knows what. My girlfriend was having a lot of allergic reactions, short sneezing fits, etc. Since we are using the PuroAir in the living room which is near the kitchen she has not been sneezing.

I live in a high Colorado mountain community with everything mostly closed in during the colder winters, closed windows and doors. At most, a few times a week we open things up to get some fresh air. We also have two dogs. My allergies don't respond to any allergy medicine with the tremendously bad indoor air. I put one of your air purifiers upstairs and one downstairs. Within a few days, it was amazing; I could actually breath with practically no allergy problems. Thanks...amazing product for anybody with allergy problems.
