As someone who doesn't typically read a lot of fantasy and was recommended this book by a friend, I was HOOKED!

Since I don't read a ton of fantasy, I appreciated the simple and easy to understand world building. We got a glimpse into the entire world, but the author seemed to really focus on the region the main character resides in. Although the pace is a bit fast, I thought it was perfect and very engaging. Some of Diem's choices/thoughts made me a little frustrated with her, but overall she was a great main character.

Immediately after I finished "Spark of the Everflame", I immediately started "Glow of the Everflame". I can't wait to see what happens next!

There was a stain lang sa dust jacket but it blends naman sa cover and it's white kasi kaya ganun kaya understandable naman 😊

I’ve been so excited to read this book! I am here to review the QUALITY of the physical book. It has the thinnest pages and just opening it gently cracked the spine and misaligned the pages. Soooo cheaply made! Too bad because the illustrations are beautiful and I’m excited to read the story.
