May 15, 2023Wish I would have purchased this system a few years ago when I came across some advertising. To anyone wanting to make the investment, this is a "no brainer"!
The ergonomics and simplicity at ground level pulling tools out of drawers verses digging into a deep crosslay tool box is fantastic, and TRUELY WATERPROOF!
I found some fun in building and installing this system. Really didn't take much time and the quality of the material mold is precise.
Tie down tracks are much sturdier than expected. Works well for coolers and the dog kennels.
The traction mat is a must, the kids love it when we stop on a roundtrip to catch some ice-cream and they have something comfortable to sprawl out on after stretching their legs.
Love the slogan 'ALWAYS MADE IN AMERICA. NEVER SOLD AT A DISCOUNT!' Fits well with how we conduct business and how our company takes pride in value.
The complete functionality works well for this truck owner!

December 30, 2022I will start off by saying I don’t have the pleasure of owning one of these tool boxes yet. They’re just a little out of my price range, but maybe I’ll have enough money saved up that I can afford to get one or even find a used one.
I’m writing this review based on what I saw and in my personal opinion the life that it saved. My son in law was on an old country road heading to an install when came around the corner and had noticed a logging truck that had broken down and couldn’t make it fully off the road. So he stopped an got out to see if the driver needed help. He asked do you have a cellphone, mine doesn’t have a signal. My son law said yes but my doesn’t have a signal either but I will be glad to ride up the road an call your boss. He said that would be great so he gave him the number. My son law then returned back to his truck (mind you he’s parked right behind a full logging truck maybe one car length). Then about the time he got in closed the door and put it in drive another truck towing a trailer with a riding lawnmower on it going about 70 mph rear ended him. Still believe to this day the durability of this box safes his LIFE. Instead of it knocking him forward it knocked him at an angle away from the logging truck saving his life. The box got pushed all the way up into the cab but if the deck box hadn’t been there there’s no telling what could have happened. I just thank God that he wasn’t hurt (no one was hurt) and he didn’t leave my daughter alone with my first grand baby. SO THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART for making such a great product. I don’t know if my family could have taken another lost so soon after my younger daughter died (1-2 months before).
Good idea with quality issues

May 4, 2021Installed the unit on my truck and was very excited to start using it in my remodeling business.
So let’s begin. Opened the box and it was very well packaged and had no damage. Good start.
Installation instructions leave a lot to be desired. Fasteners are in poorly labeled bags and with no fastener size/length provided, only bolt B kinda stuff that didn’t correspond with the actual bag name. Dumped all the screws out and figured out where they went by examining the thread size and thickness of material being bolted together.
Once assembled and in the truck I found it impossible to attach the j-hooks to the cargo eyes in the bed. The j-hooks are actually twisted a bit so you can’t hook them on the eye straight on. The twist requires you to turn the bolt to the side to get it on the eye. Since this is done the threaded end cannot be inserted into the hole in the deck frame. No amount of twisting and pulling will get them on. Decided that an adjustable cable lock would work fine and provide some actual theft deterrence.
Now I loaded up the drawers with my stuff and everything was grand until I drove home in the rain and found my tools swimming in a couple of inches of water the next morning. A few hours of wire wheel and WD-40 and my tools were corrosion free. The cause of the leak appears to be a large gap on the inside edge of the drawer or possibly the gap at the drawer from caused by the sagging roller (outlined next).
A few days later I noticed that the passenger side drawer was making a sound and soon discovered that it was rubbing against the drawer opening. Upon closer inspection I noticed that the outboard rollers on each drawer were sagging. I’ve reached out to Decked to see what can be done to correct these issues but it appears that these are basically design issues. I woulda recommend using the decked drawers but only under a cap and only with very lightweight gear like fishing tackle and the like.

May 1, 2022I just installed my Decked toolbox.
So far I love it. When I called customer Their customer service department to confirm the box would fit with my access tonneau cover
model # 62329 I was told adamantly it would not fit with the decked toolbox. Because the return policy is not very attractive cost wise and it took 3 full weeks to receive here in Alberta Canada i was worried. So I did my own measurements and checked it twice and it does fit. What decked missed is they went by Acess fit numbers instead of calculating themselves. The part that was missed is they took the measurements on the width And did not calculator a part of their toolbox actually fits over the front of the truck box right behind the window. My truck is a Chevy Silverado 2500 HD here’s a photo so any other purchasers will know in advance and not have to worry about placing the order.
But so far I do love the toolbox no complaints about it, not cheap In fact it might be the most expensive toolbox available. I’m hoping to have it for the most of the rest of my lifetime so I wanted a good one that I could count on, The latter feature is just a sweet touch my truck is so high it’s really made access nice without having to open up the entire Tanneau cover and climb into the truck box for Access. As a footnote I was able to find a really nice 3500 pound winch that fits with room to spare underneath the toolbox very happy about that,
