Amorphous thermoplastics are much easier to vacuum form then semi- crystalline thermoplastic. Amorphous thermoplastic would include ABS, Acrylic, PETG, HIPS, and PC. Semi-crystalline thermoplastics that are sometimes vacuum formed are PP, HDPE, and LDPE.
