1. estimated time for delivery. understand that there are many obstacles for each delivery items. and actual time of delivery is near impossible. but would appreciate if this service can provide an estimated time (e.g. +/-4hrs) of arrival. such that we can be expecting the delivery. instead of stay at home to wait for 2-3days for the delivery. 2. rude service of delivery personnel. understand too that this is a tough job - but having the delivery service to blame us for not picking the call and missing the delivery is really rude and bad service. we don't purposefully miss the delivery. we needed the delivery. there are just situations where we are sleeping when the delivery arrives suddenly at our doorsteps. hence if Qxpress can provide customer with a heads up and expected delivery time, it would save both the customer and delivery personnel unnecessary wasted time and efforts. making their job easier and no wasted trips.

Impolite delivery guy, tone up voice and i was taking photo of parcel and him just to send to receiver, but he told that I should not taking picture of him, just only the parcel will do. and requested me to delete (at last i removed photo and show him my phone). Besides, i have two parcels and didn't know they have to be wrapped in one, and he replied 'Now i have to wrap it for you, and next time don't do this'.
Please advise his working attitude and wording that he used is really impolite and not professional.
