      It is very large, very lush, offers many places to hide, surrounded by many tropical plants, co-housed with very attractiv tortoises (Yellow-headed temple turtle, Spotted pond turtle) and fish (Giant gourami, Puntius pierrei).

      Sorry to bump up a relatively old photo, but great shot! If I visit Europe some day, Leipzig is definately on my list.

      Many thanks,for liking this picture,have to say Leipzig is a very good zoo but it just doesn't quite make it into my top 10 in Europe.

      Yes it's in the Gondwanaland. And in my opinion the Gharial exhibit in Praha is much better!
