If you’re squeamish, be warned. This video is enough to put you off your lunch.
Gross footage posted on YouTube shows a massive blister being burst and a huge jet of pus arcing into the air.
The huge white lump is thought to have been caused when the unnamed man picked up an old military flare, which went off in his hand.
He suffered second degree burns on his palm, and the massive blister was the result.
The video shows the nurse popping the pus-filled sack – and seeing a fountain of clear liquid squirting across the room.
When it all seems to have gone the pus start spurting out again.
The poor man admits: “That definitely doesn’t feel good.”
The nurse then takes a pair of surgical scissors and cuts round the loose white skin, exposing a huge area of raw skin that looks horribly sore.
You’ve got to ‘hand’ it to him – he’s a brave lad.
Throughout the whole clip he is heard laughing and joking with nurse.
When the skin is finally cut off his response is kind of odd.
