In 2014 the festival raked in a revenue of RM 21 million. This year, it will be launched nationwide with the participation of 15 art societies and associations.
FIFTEEN art associations and 25 galleries across the nation will join hands in the 1Malaysia Contemporary Art Tourism Festival (1MCAT).
In its sixth edition this year, it aims to ride on art as a vehicle to promote tourism from September to December.
