Almost three years ago, in late 2020, (500) Days of Summer star Joseph Gordon-Levitt bought a historic Craftsman-style mansion in Pasadena, California. But, because the home’s been vacant and in renovation ever since, Gordon-Levitt’s ownership was only revealed until now, Dirt reported.
The home, which was built in 1906, was designed by local architect Frederick L. Roehrig and will make the perfect stylish home for Gordon-Levitt’s family.
Among its rooms are seven bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, and nearly 8,000 square feet. Given the home’s age, the property’s biggest features are spectacular woodwork all over, from wooden beams to wooden archways between rooms. And, though the historical architecture might give the home a sense of seriousness, that’s all balanced out with a dusty blue exterior, a pool, and a basement level with a billiard room and wine cellar. Stylish and fun!
The home’s interior has also been greatly remodeled with a fully renovated kitchen and a luxurious master bathroom with Calacatta gold marble throughout.
Check out some photos of the home below and for more head to Dirt‘s official coverage!
