14 years ago Udhayanidhi Stalin launched his banner Red Giant Movies and the first film he produced was the Vijay starrer Kuruvi. While last year it was buzzed that Udhay and Vijay will soon be collaborating on another project together as producer and actor, Red Giant Movies is yet to make an official announcement on the same.

In the meantime, it has been officially announced that Udhayanidhi Stalin's Red Giant Movies will be presenting Vijay's upcoming movie Beast in the state of Tamil Nadu. After Kuruvi (2008) this is the second Vijay starrer the banner is distributing.  

Beast is directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, produced by Sun Pictures and is scheduled to release worldwide on April 13, 2022. The movie is touted to be an action-thriller based on gold smuggling and has Anirudh for music and Pooja Hegde playing female lead.
