How eating ice cream can solve your problems: My website wasn't working today. I scoured Google and consulted ChatGPT for 2+ hours. Nothing. ☕ I was getting frustrated. The caffeine from my morning cappuccino had worn off. So I decided to leave the cafe. And grab some ice cream. (With chocolate 🍫 for a pre-menstrual boost) As I ate, I let my mind wander. 🧠 I thought about my website, yes. 🍦But I also strategized how I'd tackle the ice cream to make the least mess (it was melting fast!) And just made an effort to chill. Finally, before my last bite, I said my mantra: "After I finish this ice cream, I will be a new person. It will get better from here." I went home and found the problem within one hour. Now, ice cream is not the healthiest option. You can also: 🥛 Chug a glass of water ✍️ Rant in your journal 🚶Walk or exercise 🚿 Take a shower 👉 Anything that changes your state. No point banging your head against the wall until you bleed.

I love how you decided to take this small act and transcend it into just the motivational shift you needed for the insight you were looking for.

Very cool. I had similar experience and because of the health issues I now have an ice cream maker in my office and when things get dire or tricky I come up with a healthy option of ice cream or sorbet 😁
