  • Biomarkers for PTSD

    -

    Identified diagnostic biomarkers for PTSD from a discovery phase study. Built a model with a panel of biomarkers for PTSD early diagnosis purpose using statistical modeling and machine learning approaches such as model selection, shrinkage regression and random forest. Validated the model using a test dataset

  • Eye Movement Biomarkers for Concussion

    Built a classifier model for concussion with a panel of eye tracking measures using the LASSO and the random forest approaches and validated the findings in an external dataset.

  • National Vietnam Veterans Longitudinal Study

    Calculated the prevalence and comorbidities of War-zone PTSD by assessing 2348 veterans and examined predictors of warzone-related PTSD in males and females respectively based on the NVVLS survey data.
