Gisele Bündchen Is Leaving IMG Models After More Than Two Decades

And her new representation isn't who you'd think.

Supermodel Gisele Bündchen is leaving her longtime management company, IMG Models. The Victoria's Secret mainstay, runway regular, and Olympic icon has been with IMG for 22 years, Page Six reports, and rather than switch to a competitor, Bündchen is giving the responsibility to her twin sister, Patricia. Currently, Patricia works as Bündchen's manager. Though she lost the title to Kendall Jenner recently, Bündchen had previously had the honor of being the highest-paid model in the world.

"It's been a hot January as new faces and fresh blood are coming into the modeling industry," a source told Page Six of IMG's new signings. New names at the agency include poet Amanda Gorman and Vice President Kamala Harris's stepdaughter, Ella Emhoff. Bündchen hasn't officially announced her move from IMG. Five years ago, she announced that she would be retiring from the runway and has since remained active in the fashion industry.

"I am grateful that at 14, I was given the opportunity to start this journey," she wrote in an Instagram post, Grazia reports. "Today after 20 years in the industry, it is a privilege to be doing my last fashion show by choice and yet still be working in other facets of the business."

Over the weekend, Gisele attended Super Bowl LV with her kids, Benjamin and Vivian. Many believed that last weekend's game would be her husband's last, but Tom Brady insisted that there was still work to be done with his new team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

"Yeah. We're coming back. You already know that," Brady said of a possible eighth Super Bowl win.
