We can never deny the power of a matching set—and neither can Gwyneth Paltrow, who just showed off a super cozy ensemble on her Instagram Story.

The Goop founder modeled the outfit in a new video, which gave us a good look at her burnt-orange sweater with ribbed hems along the bottom, neckline, and sleeves (which Paltrow rolled up due to their length). In an effort to create a monochromatic ensemble, the Oscar winner paired the pullover with wide-leg, brick-red pants pleated down the center. She also sported a pair of large statement eyeglasses with clear frames.

“So, in color therapy, they say that the color red brings warmth, strength, creativity, [and] passion,” Paltrow says in the clip. “So, I’m going for an all-red ensemble today. Doesn’t totally match, but I think it does the job.”

Clearly, the lifestyle mogul was in a crimson mood, because if you look closely, you can see she even painted her toenails a glossy shade of brick red.

However, while Paltrow seemed initially excited about her elegantly slouchy fit, she later shared a post from today from the New York Times Fashion & Style Instagram account, whose headline read: “Is It Cringey to Wear Matching Sweats?” The article included a photo of a model wearing an all-red sweatsuit. And this—well, it made Paltrow question everything.

“Oh wait I just saw this,” she wrote over a screenshot of the article. “Should I change?”

Fashion trends sure can be fickle.
