New Rolleiflex Kamera Instant Camera Featuring The Legendary Twin Lens Design

The Rolleiflex twin-lens camera has long been an iconic camera that's loved by many and now, the popular film camera is making a return as an instant camera that can be used with the popular Fujifilm Instax Mini film.

The first Rolleiflex twin lens reflex camera came out in 1927 and the latest version, Rolleiflex Instant Kamera, features the same look of the original design while offering the convenience of instant photography. 

A company called MINT previously released an instant camera inspired by the Rolleiflex twin-lens reflex camera that combined the iconic design with the instant photo capabilities of the Polaroid SX-70 but this is the first we've heard from Rolleiflex directly in a long time (although, they are working in collaboration with MINT for this camera release). 

With the new Rolleiflex Instant Kamera Twin Lens Reflex Camera, you get a 1:1 preview of your actual picture in the viewfinder, aperture control, long exposure, multiple exposures and more... plus, you can control the focus, work close-up to subjects, work with flash and shoot from the hip with ease thanks to the Fresnel anti-glare coated viewfinder that can be operated at waist-level.

The aperture range starts at f/5.6 and reaches f/11 and the camera offers focusing from 48cm to infinity. The 3-element Aspheric Lens has a focal length of 61mm and as with traditional Rolleiflex cameras, the new instant TLR camera includes a magnifier so you can take a closer look. There's a green/orange light that tells you if your exposure is correct (plus, you can use EV +/-) and you can get creative with multiple or long exposures.
