Buying Gatorade in bulk powder form is the cheapest way to go. Just use the plastic scoop provided and mix with water as directed. Place in refrigerator and chill. I mix a gallon at a time. So easy to do that’s why I call it the “Money Saver.” Compare what you would have to pay at the store already mixed to a quart or gallon you mix at home. Always fresh. I love this stuff! I workout 2 hours a day and don't feel like drinking water for some reason. I simply make a 2.2L mix and drink the whole thing at gym. It tastes really good and I don't feel tired or dehydrated as I used to feel. I think gaterade is a necessary evil. It contains calories and sodium; you need to be careful how much you drink and workout; you might end up gaining weight if you drink too much.
