The cheese was not accurately described, for instance the sharpness was not mentioned. Also, seller told me that I could have purchased what it looked like in the picture. He said this would have been 10 lbs but I found that in the description it's supposed to be 5 lbs. However, there is no offer to purchase the full package. Shipping cost is outrageous even though it was very well packaged.
