This is the truly vomit-inducing moment a river of pus erupt from a lump on a man’s ear.
Torrents of thick green liquid spurt from the infected cyst as he squeezes it.
As his horrified girlfriend films the scene – and complains loudly about the smell – mountains of pus pile up on a tissue he is holding below his face.
As the one-and-a-half minute video draws to an end the stream of yellowish fluid dries up and only blood sprays from his ear, dying the tissue a bright red.
Hamdi Abu Daff, 28, said he noticed he had a pea-sized lump on his ear a few months ago but thought nothing of it.
After it became uncomfortable, he and his girlfriend Rachel Harris, 23, who live together in Bournemouth, decided to prick it with a pin to see if anything came out.
‘Nothing did,’ Miss Harris told MailOnline. ‘But we think that’s how it got infected.’
Mr Abu Daff went to the doctors and was prescribed antibiotics for the infected cyst, but it continued to weep occasionally.

‘He’d be watching telly and it would start leaking,’ she said.
One day, he was at a friend’s house and was walking past the mirror when he noticed his ear was seeping liquid.
‘I though “that’s not looking great” and I showed Rachel. She said “You have to squeeze it”,’ he told MailOnline.
‘I’d seen loads of spot videos on the internet and I just knew this could be as bad as one of them.’
They decided to film the moment he would squeeze the lump.

The clip begins showing Mr Abu Daff’s ear – complete with a metal bar across the top.
He holds some white kitchen roll underneath it to catch any fluid that will drip from his lobe.
As soon as he begins to squeeze, cream-like fluid swirls out, like a Mr Whippy machine releasing its ice cream.
‘I just applied a bit of pressure and all hell broke loose,’ he said.
As he continues to squeeze more and more fluid spurts out violently – in what appears to be a never-ending stream.
As the pus piles up on the tissue, Rachel says: ‘Oh my Lord that is f******* disgusting.’
‘It smells. Oh my Lord,’ she adds.
Mr Abu Daff said he has since returned to the doctor and been prescribed more antibiotics.
He will also be referred to a dermatologist in eight weeks’ time, who will perform an operation to cut out the cyst from his ear.
In the meantime, he vows not to squeeze the cyst again.
