Joseph Gordon-Levitt may have played a fearless bike messenger in the 2012 thriller Premium Rush, but in real life the actor and former child star has some bad luck on bikes.

While shooting a scene for his upcoming film Power, Gordon-Levitt got in a nasty bike crash, flipping over his handlebar and taking a trip to urgent care, according to the New York Post. He shared slow-mo footage of his crash to Instagram, where you can see the back wheel of what looks like a Blue Bike (from the New Orleans bike-share program) flip up as he rides past the camera:

It’s unclear exactly what caused the crash. Godron-Levitt only captioned his video, “I have bad luck shooting on bikes 🤕,” a reference to another on-set cycling mishap during the filming for Premium Rush, from which he came away with a bloodied arm:

The 37-year-old also shared a photo of his X-ray in an Instagram story on Thursday, but didn’t describe his latest injuries in detail.
