If you have a big behind like me the handles won't work for you. I took them off and it's perfect. I had knee replacement surgery and needed a toilet high enough to not hurt my knee. This is the perfect height and is easy to attach to your toilet. Easy to clean. I recommend it.

The best thing about this is it’s very easy to install and has good, sturdy arm rests. However, I’m not exactly a big guy, at 5 foot 10 inches and 195 pounds. When I sat on it, the opening into the toilet bowl was uncomfortably small. I would have to sit to urinate and then, I would have to be very careful not to make a mess of things. Managing to do the other task would be difficult for me. It is sturdy, high and inexpensive, but when I thought about returning it, I found that I would have to pay $25 for shipping. I spent more money for a better design raised sest and plan to donate this one to Goodwill. I’d would be okay, and maybe even better, for a child or teen. For anyone with any girth, forget it.
