Udhayanidhi's Red Giant Movies acquires the theatrical rights of Vikranth's next 'Bakrid'

Actor Vikranth was last seen in a sports drama 'Vennila Kabaddi Kuzhu 2', the sequel to the 2009 flick directed by Suseenthiran's associate Selva Sekaran. He is now gearing up for his next movie 'Bakrid' starring Vikranth will hit the screens on August 9.
As per the latest update is that Udayanidhi Stalin's Red Giant Movies have acquired the theatrical rights of the film.The story revolves around Vikranth who buys a camel but struggles to take care of it as the animal doesn’t cope with the weather here. Vikranth tries to take the camel to Rajasthan but seems to have a tough time doing it.
Jagadeesan Subu of 'Sigai' fame has directed the film that stars Vikranth and Vasundhara of 'Peranmai' fame in the lead along with Rohit Pathak and others. MS Murugaraj has produced the film under his banner M10 Productions and Antony Ruben will take care of editing while Dhilip Subbarayan is choreographing the stunts.
