Bob and I returned to our tents after our sunset photo shoot in the Painted Hills. I set the alarm on my iPhone for 3:45 AM and called over to Bob when it went off. We needed about forty five minutes to dress and drive out to the Painted Hills to set up for the sunrise. Here are some of pictures. The clouds were not as spectacular as the night before, but certainly adequate.
