In the teaser video for her upcoming sitdown with Robin Roberts, Bündchen was asked about that specific quote and her divorce. Roberts wondered how Bündchen is doing now, a year and a half after her divorce was finalized, and the supermodel got emotional. Bündchen put on a brave face in trying to answer, but turned away from the camera, asking, "Can I have a little moment?" Bündchen, 43, and Brady, 46, finalized their divorce in October 2022, shortly after announcing their decision to split after 13 years of marriage. In an April 2023 interview with Vanity Fair, she denied that Brady's football career was the downfall of their marriage. She called the buzz "very hurtful" and "the craziest thing I've ever heard." Bündchen continued of her ex-husband, "Listen, I have always cheered for him, and I would continue forever." "If there's one person I want to be the happiest in the world, it's him, believe me," she added. "I want him to achieve and to conquer. I want all his dreams to come true.
