2. 99 Old Trees Cafe
99 Old Trees Cafe has recently shifted its store and it has been rising in popularity amongst the younger crowd ever since due to the aesthetics of its cafe (and its durian desserts, of course). Located in Chinatown, the cafe is hard to miss since its walls are painted with beautiful murals.
Head on in and you’ll instantly be greeted by the familiar aroma of durians. Here, you can enjoy durian desserts such as its signature Stinky Bomb, a choux puff filled with Mao Shan Wang flesh and cream. The top is peppered with butter sugar crumbs for an additional sweetness that gives the dessert a good balance.
Another durian dessert you can try here is the Stinky Roll which is a Japanese sponge cake with a generous layer of fresh Mao Shan Wang flesh and cream.

Sinpopo is home to lots of traditional bakes, and if there’s one thing you have to try, we’d recommend the Mao Shan Wang Durian Cake. The cake features soft, fluffy cake layers with thick Mao Shan Wang durian flesh and light cream filled between them. The cake is then topped off with an additional layer of Mao Shan Wang durian flesh for that beautiful golden glow, along with some soft cake crumb for added texture. This is everything you could possibly want in a durian cake, and nobody can convince us otherwise.

You’ve probably heard of Gin Thye, the traditional brand recognised by the National Heritage Board of Singapore (HLB) that is famous for offering a wide variety of wedding biscuits and cakes.
But did you know that other than its traditional bakes, it also offers durian desserts? Its bestseller is its Premium Durian Mochi that features think skinned QQ Japanese mochi filled to the brim with pure durian pulp. Put it in the freezer and you can eat it just like mochi ice cream. 10. The Durian Bakery
The Durian Bakery is another store that serves a huge array of durian desserts, including cakes, puffs, mochi, royal pudding, mousse, and fruit tarts. While many of its desserts are durian-based, some of them are mixed with other ingredients such as chocolate, oreo ice cream, and black forest dark cherry to give the pastries more flavour (though we personally think that pure durian-based desserts are just as delicious).
Since there are quite a number of things to choose from, The Durian Bakery has made it easier for you by offering bundles so that you get to try a variety of items! Its Classic MSW Bundle features a six-inch Classic Mao Shan Wang Durian Cake and a box of six Black Gold Musang King Durian Mochi.

11. Ms Durian
Ms Durian is a hidden gem located within the Jalan Besar area and it is a cafe that specialises in durian desserts. It was previously a bakery and cafe that was located at Poiz Centre in Potong Pasir. The 30-seater cafe recently moved to Jalan Besar in February 2022 with the aim of being more cafe-centric, and it is obvious from the homely yet aesthetic vibes it gives the moment you step foot inside. It even has plans to include al fresco seating so that you can enjoy durian desserts under the clear blue skies.
The highlights of Ms Durian include its D24 Craquelin, MSW Durian Pudding, Classic MSW Durian Cake, and MSW Ice Cream.
If you’re a huge durian-lover, we’d recommend going for the Mao Shan Wang Durian High Tea (S$45+) which starts off with three savoury dishes, followed by four durian desserts. You also get to choose either coffee, tea, or a cocktail to go with your food!

The Deli Goodwood Park has established itself as the go-to place for durian desserts because of its dedication to producing all kinds of durian pastries for durian lovers. Get its signature D24 Mousse Cake, D24 Puffs, and D24 Crepes if you’re looking to enjoy some durian desserts.

Ah Seng Durian is one of the most well known durian sellers in Singapore, and it often has queues at Ghim Moh Market outlet due to its fresh and high quality durians. Its popularity allowed it to open a second outlet at Bukit Merah where customers can enjoy fresh durians with their loved ones, along with a cute little cafe called Durian Lab Cafe right beside it where customers can head in for durian desserts.
The cafe looks aesthetic with its vertical garden walls and neon lights that give the cafe a homely vibe. Here, you can enjoy treats such as its Homemade MSW Sago, MSW Tart, MSW Burnt Cheesecake, MSW Roll Cake, MSW Burnt Cruffin, and MSW Shortcake. There is also MSW Ice Cream available that you can have with waffles, along with your choice of toppings and sauces.

In fact, many people have crowned this the best durian dessert place in the entire of Singapore, with many of them saying that this is a must-visit if you’re a durian lover.
