Enterprise Sales Engineer - Singapore

The Enterprise team focuses on integrating Google's products and services into small and large businesses, educational institutions and government agencies. Consisting of high-achieving engineering, sales and marketing professionals, we work with a vast array of partners and customers to advance the company's mission of organizing the world's information to make it universally accessible and useful.

The role: Enterprise Sales Engineer

The Google Enterprise team brings Google technology to the corporate marketplace. You will work with product managers and engineers to build key business applications and improve a product's vision, and provides comprehensive and responsive assistance to Google's enterprise customers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to engage with sales prospects.
• Understand and assess customer requirements.
• Prepare and present demonstrations of Google products.
• Address technical questions that arise throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with our product, support, engineering, and sales teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in technical sales or consulting experience in the SEA Enterprise market.
• Experience designing technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills English.
• Strong knowledge of web-related technologies (HTTP, XML/XSL, CGI).
• Experience working in UNIX and Windows environments.
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
